I Go to The Hills

Ps 121:1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

Climb every mountain,

search high and low

Follow every byway,

every path you know.

Climb every mountain,

ford every stream

Follow every rainbow

'til you find your dream!

A dream that will need

all the love you can give,

Every day of your life

for as long as you live

Climb every mountain

ford every stream,

Follow

every

rainbow

'til you find your dream!

Dedicated to my mother, Gail Combs Moore. This was her girlhood home, Island City, KY. Her church and the road with many stops to her beloved grandmother's house are pictured here. I loved spending my summers here. I think when I go back for visits that everything should be the same, but I know my memories are of happier times. Mamaw Becky has passed, buildings have decayed and because of sin some have chosen hard lives. I am glad of the hope of Heaven and can't wait to visit Mamaw Becky again there.

Outside My Window...children in my neighborhood are walking to school. Christmas Vacation is over.

From the kitchen...Olivia is begging for hot Chocolate to drink;Anna Grace is eating...you guessed...Popcorn!

I am wearing...my old black monogrammed "R" t-shirt that I found in the bottom of my dresser drawer.

I am creating...Multi-blogs

I am going...nowhere today

I am reading..."Jessie" by Lori

I am hoping...to get the house cleaned and laundry folded today

I am hearing...the dryer with a lavender scented dryer sheet tossed in is drying our clothes. Thank the Lord for a working dryer!

Around the house...things are a little Topsy-Turvy, I must turn everyone back on their feet!

One of my favorite things...this laptop computer

Announcement of Yet Another Blog

Yes, I have added yet another blog to the two I already manage. I found it so easy to start a new blog and I like to think of it as just another page on a web site. This Blog is entitled, "Mercies of Morning" or M.O.M. for short. I hope to post daily devotions on it as I can. I love the Bible and I love my new found hobby of blogging. What better way to combine them. I love how each day is fresh with no mistakes. His mercy is new every morning. Praise His Name! Please visit soon!
